Spirits Educator
Clocking in at 18 years of service to the cocktail and spirits industry, Hannah's journey took her from a teenager pulling pints and pouring rum in a tavern in Cornwall, to making fancy drinks for the cognoscenti in some of the world’s elite bars.ÌýHannah teaches all levels of spirits qualification at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø School London.

Rose had spent many years in the hospitality industry. Her passion for education grew after joiningÌýEast London Liquor Company, where she did industry brand training, consumer tours, and taught ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø courses to industry partners. She teaches the Levels 2-3 Awards in Spirits at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø School London.

Quality Lead Levels 1-3 & Wine, Spirits and Beer Educator
Ed has been working in the drinks business in some form since he turned 18 years old. He won three awards for his ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø results, and now teaches and runs events at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø School London.ÌýHe is also an enthusiastic champion of sweet wines and will probably try to convert you the style.
