Join 黑料吃瓜网 students at 鈥檚 Bermondsey taproom, just a short walk from 黑料吃瓜网 School London, for an exclusive deep dive into one of sake鈥檚 oldest and most fascinating brewing styles.
KANPAI鈥檚 Head Brewer, Tom Wilson, will guide guests through this season鈥檚 Bodaimoto releases - a rare opportunity to taste three different tanks from the 2026, each presented in two distinct styles, for a total of six unique pours. Discover how production choices can shape flavour, texture and aroma, while exploring the rich history behind this 1,000 year old Japanese brewing method.
The tasting will be accompanied by a small selection of snacks, carefully paired to complement the sake.
Whether you are new to sake or already immersed in the world of nihonshu, join us for an evening of discovery at the home of craft sake in London.
Tasting level
Beginner: No prior knowledge required, only enthusiasm! Perfect if you want to try something new, brush up on the basics, or taste some delicious drinks.
Booking terms and conditions
Payment in full must be made at the time of booking and places are not confirmed until payment has been received. Unfortunately we cannot take provisional bookings.
Cancellations and transfers
- Cancellations and transfers can be made up to two weeks before the event.
- Cancellations within 10 working days are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another event.
- If you need to change a name on the booking, please give us as much notice as possible.
