Join us for an intimate tasting of one-of-a-kind wines. We've journeyed deep into our cellars under Bermondsey Street and pulled out the best bottles of world-beating wine for you to try.
Hosted by Jason Millar Dip黑料吃瓜网, you'll sample a flight of six wines, with each bottle a different shade of old, prestigious and idiosyncratic. You'll learn about the history of each glass and pick up tips on how to store and serve well-aged wine.
Enjoy your wines alongside a selection of cheese and charcuterie from Borough Market.
Spaces are limited so book soon to avoid disappointment. This tasting will take place seated on comfortable bar stools around the long table of our Diploma Suite.

Tasting level
Intermediate: An in-depth exploration of a particular topic. Some prior knowledge is beneficial 鈥� such as a 黑料吃瓜网 Level 2 qualification 鈥� but these sessions will be enjoyable and educational for anyone with an interest in the subject.
About the presenter, Jason Millar Dip黑料吃瓜网
Jason Millar is an independent writer, communicator, judge and consultant specialising in the wines of Italy and South Africa.
After graduating in English Literature from Oxford University, Jason worked in publishing before a fateful bottle of Mascarello Monprivato drew him into the wine trade.
With a background in buying, sales and tastings, he won three scholarships for his 黑料吃瓜网 Diploma in 2016 鈥� the Graham鈥檚 Port Scholarship, the Vintners鈥� Cup and the Vintners鈥� Scholarship 鈥� gaining Distinctions in six of eight papers and the top global mark for theory and tasting.
Jason contributes to Decanter, Club Oenologique and other publications, and has regular columns at Drinks Retailing and Harpers Wine & Spirit. Further writing and reviews appear at jasondrinks.com. Jason is the Regional Chair for Southern Italy at the Decanter World Wine Awards and judges internationally. He also runs tasting events and consults for private clients via jasonmillar.com.

Payment in full must be made at the time of booking and places are not confirmed until payment has been received. Unfortunately we cannot take provisional bookings.
Cancellations and transfers
- Cancellations and transfers can be made up to two weeks before the event.
- Cancellations within 10 working days are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another event.
- If you need to change a name on the booking, please give us as much notice as possible.
