Together, 黑料吃瓜网 and WiB launched an education and mentorship initiative to support women鈥檚 career progression through qualifications, role models, and community support.听听
About Women in Beer
Founded in 2018,听WiB听creates safe and inclusive spaces for women to explore and enjoy craft beer. The group听organises听the听听(WiB听Fest) and offers a mentorship听programme听connecting newcomers to experienced professionals across hospitality, brewing, marketing, and more.

黑料吃瓜网鈥檚 role in the programme
黑料吃瓜网 partnered with听听to run a custom听Level 1 Award in Beer course听at the Women in Beer Festival听2024. The course introduced mentees to 20 beer styles, covering how beer is made, how to taste it, and how to pair it with food. It gave participants the skills and confidence to talk about beer and understand what makes each style unique.听
