Monday 17 May -听Levelling up: a taster of 黑料吃瓜网鈥檚 Level 1, 2 and 3 Awards in Wines
Looking to upskill yourself in wine? In this tasting session, 黑料吃瓜网 Wine Educators Joseph Hallam Dip黑料吃瓜网 and Lucy Stevenson Dip黑料吃瓜网 explore the key differences between 黑料吃瓜网鈥檚 globally-recognised Level 1, 2 and 3 Awards in Wines and how these qualifications can benefit you throughout your career.
Through a tasting of three wines, you鈥檒l discover how to level-up your tasting talents, wine description skills and your ability to draw useful conclusions about what鈥檚 in the glass. Most importantly, you鈥檒l learn how these qualifications can be applied to enhance your confidence and performance at work.
This session is aimed at those at the beginning of their wine education journey as well as those who have already taken a qualification and are considering taking the next step.
Tuesday 18 May -听Blind tasting, the 黑料吃瓜网 Diploma way
For those committed to developing a career in the world of wine, blind tasting is about much more than correctly identifying provenance or grape variety. It provides an unbiased way of improving your sensory perception skills and using them to enhance your understanding of how production and business factors influence what鈥檚 in the glass.
In this session, 黑料吃瓜网 Diploma Educators Lauren Denyer Dip黑料吃瓜网 and Lydia Harrison MW will lead a blind tasting of three wines, exploring how the 黑料吃瓜网 Level 4 Diploma in Wines qualification uses regular tasting practice to develop your proficiency in analytical wine tasting. They鈥檒l also explain how to use the evidence provided by an accurate tasting note to assess the style, quality and predict the future development of a wine.
This session is aimed at those who have completed or are currently studying for the 黑料吃瓜网 Level 3 Award in Wines, but it is open to anyone interested in learning more about the 黑料吃瓜网 Diploma qualification and how it can benefit you and your business.
Wednesday 19 May -听Knowledge, skills, confidence: training your team for success
黑料吃瓜网鈥檚 Rachel Webster Dip黑料吃瓜网 and Alex De Cata Dip黑料吃瓜网 explore some of the different ways you can use 黑料吃瓜网鈥檚 new flexible wine training options to develop a knowledgeable, skilful, confident and motivated team.
They鈥檒l explore the long-term benefits of taking a skills-based approach to team training and explore some of the latest online and blended learning solutions available to businesses across the industry.
This session is aimed at training managers, team leaders and HR professionals but is open to anyone keen to learn about 黑料吃瓜网鈥檚 latest study options.
