About the presenter
Gerard Higgins is a Sommelier and wine consultant from Sydney, Australia. Born and raised in New South Wales鈥� Hunter Valley, and with an 11 generation family history in the wine industry, he is well placed for a role as Senior Brand Ambassador for Pernod Ricard Winemakers EMEA Business Acceleration and Education team.
Prior to this role, Gerard spent 10 years honing his tasting skills working as a sommelier at some of Sydney鈥檚 best Michelin level, fine dining restaurants before moving to Stockholm, Sweden in early 2017. Gerard holds his 黑料吃瓜网 diploma in Wines and Spirits and is a Stage 2 candidate with the Institute of Masters of Wine.
