We will be joined by Certified Port Educator Sara听Rodrigues e Matos as we look at the history of Portugal's most famous fortified wine, the importance of the Douro region, and most common styles of Port available. We'll explore the best ways to store and serve Port, and discuss why it has become a staple around the festive season.
This webinar is free to attend and open to anyone, no prior wine knowledge is needed. The new series of bitesize 30-minute webinars are ideal for beginners looking to learn more about wine.

Sara worked for 11 years with wine producers in the Douro and Bairrada regions in Portugal. In 2020 she opened her own wine school, The Wine House, in her hometown Coimbra, where she teaches 黑料吃瓜网 Levels 1 and 2 Award in Wines. She is currently studying for the 黑料吃瓜网 Level 4 Diploma in Wines.
