Liam Scandrett, Senior APP Development Manager, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø
Liam's career in the drinks business has spanned bar and restaurant management, brand education, activation and drinks development. Always intrigued by the production processes and choices behind flavour in spirits, he studied with the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø (ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø) before joining the Trust in 2016. He is now ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø's Senior Business Development Manager for Spirits covering Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India, working with organisations across these regions to provide clear, unbiased and objective spirits training. Liam holds the Institute of Brewing & Distilling General Certificate in Distilling (Grain) and has studied traditional Japanese Spirits to become an official Awamori Jinbner. He also teaches the suite of ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø spirits qualifications, up to and including the advanced Level 3 Award in Spirits.

Ling Cheong DipºÚÁϳԹÏÍø, Regional Education Manager – Asia Pacific,ÌýºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Asia Pacific
Ling is currently Regional Education Manager for ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Asia Pacific, based in their Hong Kong office. Since 2019 she has been working in business development, advising and taking care of providers and educators in offering ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø qualifications. She continues to support the market to achieve the best ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø experience and quality through the Educator Training Programme and other new educator services in APAC. Ling has been working in the drinks industry for over 20 years and has extensive experience including trade (wholesaling and retailing), media, events, and education. She holds the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Diploma and the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Level 3 Award in Spirits. She is a ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Certified Educator for both wine and spirits qualifications. She also obtained her Master of Wine Business Degree at the University of Adelaide.
