Monica is the Director of Sake & Spirits for Vine Connections, a boutique importer of South American wines & Japanese sake. Before joining Vine Connections, Monica worked for Southern Wine & Spirits (Now SGWS) as Sake Ambassador for NY state, and for the national restaurant group SUSHISAMBA as their Corporate Sake Sommelier.
Aside from selling sake, Monica teaches 黑料吃瓜网 sake courses, judges sake in international wine competitions, and writes articles for industry publications such as Sake Today.
