After completing Hotel Management from IHM Mumbai and receiving her Masters in Hospitality in France, Sovna moved to London to complete ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Level 3 whilst working as the Assistant Head Sommelier at the Michelin-starred Benares. Sovna then joined Sula Vineyards in India to head tastings & trainings, conducting over 1,500 tastings in seven years.
After Sula, she completed the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Level 4 Diploma and this year she completed the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Educator Training & became one of only two ‘ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Certified Educators’ in India.
