The ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø (ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø) is delighted to announce thatÌýVictoria Burt, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Research and Development Manager, has achieved theÌýindustry’s most highly regarded title of Master of Wine.
The announcement by the Institute of Masters of Wine comes after VictoriaÌýsuccessfully completed her MW research paper, which investigated the waysÌýin which glassware can impact the sensory perception of champagne.
Victoria began in the wine trade in 2008 when she joined Majestic Wine’sÌýgraduate scheme. While there, she completed the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Diploma and wonÌýthe Derouet Jameson Award, which is given to two outstanding graduatesÌýevery year to assist with the cost of the Master of Wine. Victoria then joinedÌýºÚÁϳԹÏÍø in 2012, where she is now Research and Development Manager. Victoria’s main responsibilitiesÌýinclude reviewing and refreshing study material for the ºÚÁϳԹÏ꿉۪s qualifications.
We are immensely proud of Victoria’s achievements – sheÌýhas worked exceptionally hard to achieve her Master of Wine qualification. The achievement will benefit notÌýonly Victoria and our organisation but our students worldwide.
