Environment听
We continue to focus on reducing our environmental impact through operational improvements and the integration of sustainability into our education offer.听听
- We reduced 黑料吃瓜网鈥檚 environmental impact through initiatives such as introducing digital certificates and switching our London offices to renewable energy听tariffs.听These steps helped us cut our carbon emissions by 10% over the year.听听
- We delivered a听Sustainability Industry Talk series on our Global Events Hub with鈥�3,000+听people viewing sessions live or on demand globally. .听

Social听
- We continued to build a听welcoming,听empathetic听and inspiring culture that empowers our people to innovate and thrive. Over听the year, we reduced our gender pay gap from 8% to 4% and we increased听participation in our employee engagement survey by 10%听to听87%听with overall engagement rising by 1.4% to 74%.听
- 奥别鈥檙别听particularly proud of the progress听飞别鈥檝别听made with our social impact programme. We supported听more than 500 people in 10听countries, working with听27听partners around the world to support access to drinks education.听You can read more about our social impact programme here.听

Governance听
- We developed and implemented AI guidelines and provided听data literacy and AI training to all employees.听
- To strengthen financial oversight, we recruited Andrew Paynter 鈥� former PwC partner, to join our Board of Trustees and lead the finance subcommittee.听
- We re-established our Health and Safety Committee.听
